Description:

This flexible diaphragm fits beneath the brake master cylinder reservoir cap. It forms a barrier between the brake fluid and the vented airspace above it, helps limit moisture and contamination, and flexes as the reservoir level changes. Replace it if torn, hardened, swollen or permanently distorted, and seat it evenly before reinstalling the cap.
